My college major is Digital Information Design with a concentration in Interactive Media. My major is a combination of Computer Science and Graphic Design. I was able to have the best of both worlds and work hard creating a connection between analytics and creativity.
In the IM concentration, we are taught the power of usability testing and how to properly conduct data collection and research. I personally find the workflow of data driven design fascinating and would be up for the challenge of solving problems through design.
I found my passion for design while I was in high school and was able to complete a two-year digital art program while being a high school student. I continued design courses throughout college and feel comfortable in any design situation.
