UX Summary
Background
There was no dedicated page promoting IRAs or explaining how to open them through the company. After consulting with the SEO team, I identified a high search demand for both IRAs and CDs, which revealed an opportunity and a key user pain point in the process. I proposed the strategy to create two retirement-focused pages—one centered on education and another on our retirement products. Both pages underwent user testing to ensure all crucial information was clearly communicated and the user experience was seamless.
